Relaxing the Mind and Opening the Heart

This seven-night insight retreat is designed for meditators with experience. At least one previous silent meditation retreat of three days or more is a pre-requisite. We will spend each day progressively deepening our mindfulness practice. The theme of the retreat will be relaxing the mind and opening the heart. Mary will offer instructions, Q&A, dharma talks, and interviews. Each day will include periods of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and lovingkindness meditation.
